The Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, Infrastructure and Communities, Dominic LeBlanc, Ontario's Minister of Transportation and Minister of Francophone Affairs, Caroline Mulroney, and the Mayor of Toronto, John Tory, will also be in attendance.
