(OTCQX: PSBP) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a two and a half-for-one forward stock split of PSB Holding Corp. common stock. Each share of common stock outstanding immediately prior to the effective time of the articles of amendment effecting the stock split on December 28, 2018, became two and one-half shares. Stockholders otherwise entitled to a fraction of a share as a result of the split will receive a cash payment in lieu of any such fractional shares.
