ARM Insight Crosses $500K Milestone Helping to Raise Relief Funds for American Red Cross

PORTLAND, Ore., Oct. 18, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- ARM Insight, a leader in payments data solutions, recently passed a significant milestone on the way to earning an American Red Cross Platinum Award in 2018. Through its Divvy Product Suite Charity module, ARM Insight has already helped bank customers donate more than $500,000 to the American Red Cross relief efforts in North Carolina and Florida following Hurricanes Florence and Michael.

The charity module of the Divvy Product Suite allows participating bank customers to convert their credit and debit card loyalty rewards into donations. Thousands of banks have chosen to offer Divvy Charity as a part of their loyalty rewards, and customers of those banks can choose to donate their points to the charity of their choice. Many of these customers have chosen to support the American Red Cross.

"Through the generosity of corporate partners and individual donors, the American Red Cross is prepared before disaster strikes. Corporate donors, like ARM Insight, help secure a reliable funding base for disaster relief services that enables the Red Cross to respond immediately, meeting the needs of individuals and families affected by disaster, regardless of cost," said David Schaeffer, Chief Development Officer of the Red Cross Cascades Region. "We appreciate innovative companies such as ARM Insight developing new tools that help us find new ways to raise funds."

Already a recipient of the American Red Cross Gold Award in 2017, ARM Insight also helped raise more than $500,000 to support relief efforts in the aftermath of hurricanes such as Harvey, Maria, and Nate.

"ARM is pleased with the success of the Divvy Charity product and happy that we are converting loyalty points into meaningful donations to these charities," said Jason Hills, Chief Revenue Officer at ARM Insight. "Our bank customers are not only able to help charities by donating their loyalty points, but bank customers that enroll in Divvy transact 46% more times per month than customers that do not."

Over 3,000 banks offer Divvy as a part of their debit or credit card loyalty solution. The product can be integrated into a bank's existing loyalty suite through single sign-on, or it can be easily deployed as an email tool that requires no integration.
