NEW YORK, Oct. 18, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- With 130 million Americans working full-time and a shrinking workforce, teams are more fragmented and strapped for time than ever before. Even with a rise in communication platforms and tools, there is a fundamental breakdown in communication between managers and team members in America's workplaces. monday.com, the team management platform on a mission to connect people to workplace processes, released its report today on the State of Transparency in America's Workplaces to understand sentiment across the U.S. workforce, identify where the country's most successful and collaborative teams are based, and understand how teams work together.
The report provides a comprehensive look at how Americans communicate and connect with teams in the workplace and showcases the surprising chasm between managers and teams. The data was collected online with Ask Your Target Market (AYTM) across 1,000 men and women between the ages of 22-55 in the United States in September 2018.
