Crossing Rocks Energy II, LLC Announces Equity Financing From Old Ironsides Energy And Pearl Energy Investments


FORT WORTH, Texas, Oct. 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The management team comprised of Bruce Selkirk, Kevin Duncan, Philip Jordan, Scott Lakey and Preston Windham today announced the formation of Crossing Rocks Energy II, LLC ("Crossing Rocks") and the closing of an equity financing in partnership with Old Ironsides Energy ("Old Ironsides") and Pearl Energy Investments ("Pearl"). 

Crossing Rocks is focused on acquiring, developing and monetizing North American oil and gas related assets?primarily in East Texas, Mid-continent and the Permian.
