CCC Bolsters Cybersecurity with new Total Train Comprehensive Release Version 14.1 Software Upgrade


DES MOINES, Iowa, Oct. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- CCC (Compressor Controls Corporation) the leader in Turbomachinery Train Optimization Services for upstream, midstream and downstream operators today announces Total Train Comprehensive Release version 14.1 (TTCR 14.1), available for immediate order. TTCR 14.1 is a packaged release of critical system components focused on improving cybersecurity defense around turbomachinery. The upgrade process is seamless, without loss of data or process disruptions. Familiar HMI's will operate without change, with the value of additional cybersecurity defense systems on guard.

The Total Train Comprehensive Release version 14.1 is built upon the latest version of SQL database. CCC has developed and utilized engineering and development processes that follow the IEC 62443-4-1 Security Development Lifecycle standard. The release has been tested using the Nessus Vulnerability Scanner to ensure that no known vulnerabilities are present.

The new TTCR 14.1 features are specifically designed for CCC's turbomachinery control platforms, and operators currently using CCC Prodigy and Series 3++ platforms will obtain peace of mind once their software is upgraded.
