Free Screening of Documentary "All of Me" at Loyola University
CHICAGO, Oct. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center and SunCloud Health are hosting a free, one night only screening of the compelling documentary, All of Me, 5:30 ? 8:30 p.m., Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at the Damen Cinema, Damen Student Center at Loyola University, 6511 N. Sheridan Road, Chicago.
"This film brings eating disorders into the light so friends, family, and the community can understand the complex nature of the disease and break the silence around those who are struggling," said Melissa O'Neill, LCSW, director of clinical operations at Timberline Knolls. "We hope that opening up a dialogue with this screening and film will bring hope to many and awareness to all."
The documentary, directed by Vermont filmmaker Bess O'Brien, focuses on the lives of women, girls and boys who are caught in the downward spiral of eating disorders and their struggle to regain a sense of self-compassion and healing. The film also centers on the parents coping with their children around this devastating disease. The movie gives hope to those suffering from eating disorders and illustrates how people can recover and reclaim their bodies, their emotional connection with themselves and others.
In addition, All of Me talks about the underlying emotional issues that eating disorders stem from including depression, anxiety, trauma, sensitivity, control, perfectionism, and other mental health concerns.

The event is free and open to the public. Complimentary snacks and refreshments will be offered, as well as a panel discussion of experts, including: Melissa O'Neill, LCSW, director of clinical operations at Timberline Knolls; Kim Dennis, MD, CEDS, co-founder and medical director at SunCloud Health; Tiffany Tiberi, PsyD., clinical coordinator, Wellness Center-Lakeshore Campus, Loyola University; and Rachel Natvig, PhD, licensed clinical psychologist and the film's featured eating disorder survivor.
The film's director, Bess O'Brien, will introduce the film and Kelley Kitley LCSW, a well-known women's mental health author and expert, will be the event's moderator and emcee.
