PITTSBURGH, Oct. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- An inventor from Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, has developed the FILTER PUNCHER, a special hand tool for draining the oil filter of a large commercial truck. A diesel mechanic can neatly drain the oil prior to filter removal, thereby avoiding a real mess within the service garage. A prototype is available.
