FREDERICK, Md., Oct. 12, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- McBee, Moore, Woodward and Vanik IP, LLC (MMWV) is pleased to announce the hiring of Lauren Pogue as Marketing Specialist to the firm. The Marketing Specialist's main goal is to increase brand awareness and engagement with current and prospective clients as well as the community at-large. Pogue's hiring brings the employee total of MMWV to 22, which has increased in size by 38 percent over the past three years.
Pogue joins the firm after serving as the Marketing Specialist for Washington County, Maryland government for five years. With a strong background in graphic design and photography, Pogue also performed a wide variety of functions including:
- social media management
- devising and implementing a marketing plan
- creating graphics and collateral materials
- event planning
- serving as the County Photographer
She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Leadership Washington County, the Habitat for Humanity Marketing Committee and the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts Membership Committee.
Pogue was born and raised in Hagerstown, Maryland. She currently holds her Associate of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Hagerstown Community College and is working toward her Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Media. She resides in Hagerstown with her husband, Matt, and two pugs, Winston and Panini.
