The iaedptm Foundation Announces 2019 Symposium Schedule


PEKIN, Ill., Sept. 26, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The 2019 iaedptm Symposium, the annual conference renowned as one of the top eating disorders treatment conferences, announced today the Symposium schedule and the opportunity for earning Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits during next year's annual event held February 7 ? 10 in Palm Desert, California at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort.

The program at the 2019 iaedptm Symposium will address eating disorders treatment topics and research which include pre-Symposium sessions on Wednesday, February 6; 24 workshop sessions on Thursday, February 7; 12 workshop sessions on both Friday and Saturday, February 8 and 9; and four workshops on Sunday, February 10. Five keynote presentations from the eating disorders' field most noted professionals are included in the schedule. A total of 28 CMEs are can be earned the iaedptm 5-day conference.

"The 2019 iaedptm Symposium will showcase life-changing treatments and research regarding real-world issues like opioid dependence, mental illness, chronic illnesses and more," said Bonnie Harken, Managing Director of the iaedptm Foundation. The 2019 iaedptm Symposium will be held a month earlier than for past events. This makes taking advantage of early registration even more important for likely attendees since discounted rates for registration and hotel rooms are for a limited time and on a first-come basis.

While early registration is open through December 10, 2018, registration discounts include: for iaedptm certified members, $625; for members, $675; for non-iaedptm members, $750; for full-time students, $375; for retired registrants, $375; and for international registrants, $375. Discount rates for groups and one-day registrations also are available. Beginning December 11, 2018, all costs increase by $50.
