18th annual St. Jude Fall Festival of Hope raised $356,000 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®

MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The 18th annual St. Jude Fall Festival of Hope on Sept. 13 at the Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, The Depot, brought foodies together for a good cause: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®. They raised $356,000 for children battling cancer and other life-threatening diseases at the tasting event, which included live and silent auctions.

Pictured is Aiden, brother of St. Jude patient Connor who passed away from cancer. When he stood and raised his auction paddle at the St. Jude Fall Festival of Hope, he inspired the entire room to stand and break fundraising records in Connor's memory.

Since its inception in 2000, the event has raised more than $4.3 million for St. Jude. Thanks to generous donors, families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food ? because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.

Special thanks to emcees Tom Butler and Alix Kendall from KMSP's FOX-TV and participating Twin Cities restaurants, including The Capital Grille, Mercy, Fogo de Chao, The Oceanaire Seafood Room, SEVEN Steakhouse and Sakana Sushi.
