MOVET® Offers 3D CAD Models of Its Blue Hygienic Components in a CADENAS Product Catalog

CINCINATTI, Sept. 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- MOVET® introduces its new product catalog based on the eCATALOGsolutions technology by CADENAS. Thanks to the new Electronic Product Catalog, 3D models of the blue flange bearing product is available to engineers and designers for the development of hygienic conveyor systems for the food and pharma industries.

Customers and interested parties can select the flange bearings they need in the MOVET® online shop and then download intelligent engineering data directly in 100 different CAD formats and integrate into their existing design. This simplifies the working process of engineers considerably and saves time and money. In the near future, the MOVET® product catalog will be supplemented with other product areas, such as machine feet.

MOVET® Blue Hygienic components for hygienic production machines

The hygiene specialist HADI provides its MOVET® components especially for the food and pharma sectors: The certified plant elements, such as MOVET® Blue Hygienic components, are mainly used for conveying systems, where hygiene and process reliability are basic prerequisites. The components owe their name to the thermoplastic housing in the contrasting color blue, which does not appear in practically any of the food. In case of a malfunction, a minimum of plastic particles can be found.

The ball bearings are lubricated for life with grease filling that's food-compliant according to NSF H-1 approval. Grease nipples are no longer necessary. Maintenance intervals are shortened and there is no longer any risk of incorrect re-lubrication. Moreover, shaft seals and protective caps can serve as additional protection against splash water and contamination.
