Twyford Ventures Inc. - National Instrument 62-103

VANCOUVER, Sept. 24, 2018 /CNW/ - Aziz Shariff (the "Purchaser") of 1301 Park Place Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates announces, pursuant to National Instrument 62-103, that he has filed an early warning report (the "Report") announcing that on September 20, 2018 he acquired through TC Group Investments Limited, a company in which the Purchaser is a significant shareholder, indirect ownership and control of 945,000 common shares of Twyford Ventures Inc. (the "Issuer") for $0.2567 per common share by private sale, which common shares represent 6.7% of the 14,186,179 issued and outstanding common shares of the Issuer.

Together with the existing 6,991,512 common shares over which the Purchaser exercises ownership or control, the additional 945,000 common shares represent in the aggregate 55.95% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Issuer. 

The acquisition was made for investment purposes.  The Purchaser may, in the future, acquire ownership and control over additional securities of the Issuer or dispose of securities of the Issuer either in the open market or in private transactions. 

The Purchaser is not currently a party to any agreement in respect of the acquisition, holding, disposition or voting of any securities of the Issuer.
