BEIJING, Sept. 24, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Union Bridge Holdings Limited (the "Company"; OTCQB: UGHL) announced today that its subsidiary, Sino Silver (Qianhai) Holdings Limited ("Sino Silver ") rented an office in Chaoyang District, Beijing in August 2018 and has started the registration process of a subsidiary in Beijing to execute the strategies for the development of elderly and community services in Beijing. The Company expects the registration in Beijing will take approximately 1-2 weeks. The application name of the subsidiary is Beijing Yihua Elderly Services Limited. Sino Silver was formed to engage in the business of elderly home care services, senior care centers and community services.

A subsidiary, Union Beam Investment Limited ("Union Beam"), has been invited to participate in the Gerontech and Innovation Expo Cum Summit (GIES) to be held in November 2018 in Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Hong Kong. GIES is a flagship event organized by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and the Hong Kong Council of Social Service for the purpose of enhancement of the quality of life of the elderly. Union Beam is engaging in distribution of cutting edge technology products for the elderly.
