CALGARY, Alberta, Sept. 21, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Detechtion Technologies, the global leading Industrial IoT and Mobility solution provider in the oil and gas industry, today announced that Enalysistm supports the registration of pre-existing engines under Part 2 of Canada's Multi-Sector Air Pollutants Regulations (MSAPR). Enalysistm customers will be able to take advantage of these new features to comply with the January 1, 2019 deadline to register their pre-existing engines.
Enalysistm offers the capability to efficiently store and retrieve the information required to register pre-existing engines by extending the range of information that is stored against an asset, allowing users to update and retrieve information for multiple assets at a time, and allowing for the tracking of other engine driven equipment such as generators, pumps and pump jacks within Enalysistm.
"MSAPR set air pollution emission standards across Canada for several industrial sectors. They limit the amount of nitrogen oxides (NOx) emitted from gaseous fuel-fired non-utility boilers, heaters and stationary spark-ignition gaseous fuel-fired engines," said John Peters, Director, Business Development. "Streamlining the administration of data and surfacing the information effectively will be a valuable step to ensure that our customers can achieve compliance in the most efficient and cost-effective manner for all their engine driven assets."
