iQIYI's "Swan Project" Provides Support to Upcoming Acting Talent

The project, a collaboration with Tianchi Performance Workshop, is a training program for promising young actors with the goal of casting them in iQIYI original dramas or movies.

The actors selected out of a pool of over a thousand applicants to be part of the Swan Project's third phase will have the opportunity to study under the guidance of famed Chinese actor and acting coach Liu Tianchi, and receive the opportunity to star in upcoming iQIYI drama "Wanderers in Love" (working title), which will air in 2020. The Swan Project was launched in 2017, and 16 participants in the project's first and second phases have already taken on lead roles in a number of iQIYI's online movies, dramas and variety shows.
