Fircroft & GATE Energy Form Kazakhstan Joint Venture, Advancing Position to Provide Support to Tengizchevroil

HOUSTON, Sept. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Global recruitment and workforce solutions provider Fircroft and international engineering and commissioning services provider GATE Energy, have joined forces to create a Kazakhstan-focused joint venture.

The move comes as GATE Energy seeks to broaden the geographic footprint of operations into the heart of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) region. Alongside this, Fircroft is looking to broaden its service portfolio into the realm of commissioning services. This partnership also allows the pursuit of projects such as the Tengizchevroil (TCO) Tengiz project in the areas of workforce solutions and commissioning support.

The joint venture takes the form of a limited liability partnership named Fircroft /GATE LLP.

The joint venture will aim to provide value added services to these developments.
