Jennifer Bailey Joins Cognosante as Chief People Officer

In this role, she was responsible for all aspects of HR including talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, and HR business partnerships. Prior to Perspecta, Bailey spent 13 years at Vangent Inc. which was later acquired by General Dynamics Information Technology. As Vice President of HR for the Health and Civilian Solutions Division, she served as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and drove the implementation of workforce strategies.
