She is a current member, as well as the Secretary and Past President of The WNY Chapter of The New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (WNYSCAR); past member of the NYSCAR Board of Governors; Cheektowaga Chamber of Commerce; on the Board of Directors and a Mentor/Reactor for the University at Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership; a member of Invest Buffalo Niagara (IBN); a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR); a member of the NY State Association of REALTORS (NYSAR); a member of the REALTORS Commercial Alliance (RCA); a member of the National Association of Professional Women (2009-2013); a Charter member of the Buffalo Niagara Commercial Listing System (BNCLS); and a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business Owner for 11 years.

Due to outstanding work in her field, Collins earned the Team Transactions Volume Award from the WNY Chapter of NYSCAR in 2014 and 2015. She was also named Co-Star Power Broker for Buffalo/Niagara Falls in 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. Furthermore, the National Association of Professional Women has formerly named her as Woman of the Year.

Outside of work, Collins volunteers her time at University at Buffalo and March of Dimes.
