PA Lottery's Spooktacular Second-Chance Drawing Opens


MIDDLETOWN, Pa., Sept. 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania Lottery's Spooktacular Second-Chance Drawing is now open, offering a total of $200,000 in prizes.  

Non-winning Jack O' Lantern Jackpot and Spooky Cash Scratch-Off tickets may be entered now for chances to win one of two $31,000 top prizes, six prizes of $13,000 and 10 prizes of $1,000.

Starting October 2, non-winning Lucky 13 and Screamin' 7s Fast Play tickets may be entered for chances to win one of two $13,000 top prizes, 14 prizes of $1,000 and 20 prizes of $500.

Each ticket submitted will receive one entry for every $1 in purchase price. For example, a $5 ticket will result in five entries. Randomly selected tickets will be awarded an entry tripler.

The entry deadline is November 1, 2018. Winners will be announced at palottery.com.

Enter via the VIP Players Club at palottery.com or scan-to-enter using our official mobile app after reviewing entry instructions, prize details, rules, restrictions, and drawing information.

Enter tickets as soon as possible after play and please play responsibly. Mailed or late entries are not accepted. Games will remain for sale after the second-chance promotion ends.
