SUGAR LAND, Texas, Sept. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Enterprise Products Partners LP (Houston, Texas) has begun construction of a tenth natural gas liquids (NGL) fractionator at its facility in Mont Belvieu, Texas.
