KOMPAN US Headquarters Grand Opening

AUSTIN, Texas, Aug. 21, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The grand opening of KOMPAN's U.S. Headquarters will take place on Thursday, August 23, 2018, as an introduction to the new facility in Austin, Texas. KOMPAN's CEO and board members from Denmark will be in attendance. Expected are representatives from the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area (BGCAA), the City of Austin Parks and Recreation, and Austin City Council Member Leslie Pool.

Opening events will also recognize a partnership between KOMPAN and BGCAA aimed to bring cutting-edge outdoor fitness and play spaces to their new flagship Home Club on the Sheth Family Campus.

An advocate of healthy lifestyles for kids and teens, BGCAA has served the Austin area for over 51 years. For the first time they are constructing their own facility designed serve more than 250 kids a day (1,000 annually) on a campus designed to meet the needs of youth and families from neighborhoods across Austin. The Home Club will impact the lives of local youth through programming for academic success, character and leadership building, and healthy lifestyles. KOMPAN is thrilled to join with the Boys and Girls Club of Austin to help bring these kids "Home".
