Nimble AMS Achieves Record Growth Following Community Brands Investment

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Aug. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Community Brands, the leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for associations, nonprofits, schools and faith-based groups, today announced that more associations are pushing productivity higher and working smarter with Nimble AMS, which is built on the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) platform. During a three-quarter period beginning in October 2017, the product achieved record-breaking milestones with 45 percent customer growth and 75 percent revenue growth.

The recent adoption of Nimble AMS by organizations signals the product's largest growth at any time. The unprecedented growth, the Nimble AMS Summer '18 release, and the integrations with Community Brands careers, learning and event technologies position the enterprise management software as an important membership solution in the newly announced Community Brands association software suite. The end-to-end software suite helps associations increase revenue, improve efficiency and digitally engage members.

"We're thrilled to have recently transitioned to Community Brands Nimble AMS. It's a tremendous advantage for our association," said Charlie Haws, Senior Specialist, Membership at American College of Rheumatology. "We wanted a scalable system that provides us with seamless upgrades and continuous enhancements. With Nimble AMS, we now have access to an evergreen association platform that puts innovation at our fingertips. The fact that we launched Nimble AMS in six months is a testament to Community Brands commitment to its customer's needs, the capabilities of its staff, and the facility of the platform."

The new growth of Nimble AMS comes on the heels of millions of dollars in resource investment by Community Brands to accelerate delivery of the product development roadmap and customer experience. There has also been a strong effort to create more awareness about Nimble AMS and market the power of Salesforce by leveraging Community Brands' industry knowledge and expertise.

"More associations are building their future on Salesforce," said Dan Gaertner, EVP and GM of Membership Solutions, Community Brands. "We have made significant investment in resources and feature enhancements to expand the capabilities of Nimble AMS. We're empowering our Nimble AMS customers to operate on the same level as large for-profit organizations. Their staffs are providing?and their members are getting?a significantly better experience through a true mobile-first, high-performance and personalized set of tools. This is allowing organizations to elevate the member experience and drive growth in their organizations."

A portion of the Community Brands investment also fueled the current Nimble AMS Summer '18 release. With this current version, associations now have access to more payment options, improved data privacy and protection, and expanded event management capabilities. There are also design improvements that allow developers and administrative staff to more easily configure Nimble AMS to meet specific needs of their organization and membership.

"It's never been more important for associations to operate through an enterprise platform based on CRM," said Sigmund VanDamme, Membership Software Evangelist at Community Brands. "Associations want to deliver members a personalized experience. But first, they must have a deep understanding of their members. With Nimble AMS, members and staff are enriched by an experience enhanced with artificial intelligence, personalization and large product investments."

Nimble AMS is an enterprise AMS, with every customer always on the same version. The solution is upgraded three times a year at no cost to customers. The Salesforce App Cloud empowers customers to configure Nimble AMS to meet staff and member needs through a point-and-click process versus custom coding. The Salesforce AppExchange also enables customers to extend the power of Nimble AMS with more than 4,000 applications, including email marketing, accounting, volunteer management and project management.

Association leaders and staff can experience the latest capabilities of Nimble AMS and the new Community Brands end-to-end association software suite August 18 ? 21 at Community Brands booth #301 during the 2018 American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) Annual Meeting and Expo at McCormick Place in Chicago.
