SignEasy Announces the Ability to Sign and Send Documents for Signature Directly Within Microsoft Teams

SAN FRANCISCO, August 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ --

SignEasy, a leading cloud-based e-Signature solution for SMBs and professionals, announced a collaboration with Microsoft to fully integrate the SignEasy software into Microsoft Teams. This collaboration will give companies of all sizes - who rely on the Teams platform for internal communication - the option to sign and send documents for signature to their employees, clients, partners, and vendors. This integration sees SignEasy expanding its footprint in a big way, bringing the power of electronic signatures to startups, small businesses, and mid- to large-sized enterprises by automatically integrating their paperwork-based workflows into the Microsoft ecosystem.

With over 100,000 customers in countless industries using SignEasy, this collaboration enables SignEasy to offer its software to Teams customers worldwide.

When a user downloads the SignEasy app from the Microsoft Teams Store, they have access to all of SignEasy's business features. This includes the ability to upload and sign a document or send to anyone for signature, and access to the template library to send frequently used documents with just a few clicks. The integration also supports a new chatbot-based digital assistant to guide users as they send documents, track progress, and manage their paperwork.

"SignEasy is one of the most-loved, ridiculously easy-to-use, and secure e-signature solutions for mobile and web devices," said Sunil Patro, Founder and CEO at SignEasy. "Our newest integration with Microsoft Teams has enabled us to provide these same benefits to customers of the Office 365 ecosystem. Now, they can leverage the power of e-Signatures to reduce contract turnaround times, close more deals in less time, and create a hassle-free and paperless experience for their employees, clients, and partners."

Bhrighu Sareen, General Manager, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Corp., said, "Mobility and cloud-based applications have forever changed the way we work and interact with colleagues. Microsoft Teams, integrated with SignEasy's software, builds on our commitment to support small and mid-sized businesses by further streamlining the eSignature experience through Teams."
