Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel Becomes First in Tampa Bay Area to Offer New ExcelsiusGPStm Surgical Robotic Guidance System

WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla., Aug. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel is the first hospital in the Tampa Bay area and only the second in Florida to offer the Globus ExcelsiusGPStm surgical robotic guidance system through its neurospine program. The system is the first and only robotic platform for spine surgery that combines surgical navigation and robotic guidance; and improves accuracy and patient care for precise minimally invasive spine surgeries by using robotics and navigation.
