TIMEX Group Enters Into License And Distribution Agreement For Ingersoll® Brand Watches In The USA, Canada And Mexico

MIDDLEBURY, Conn., July 20, 2018 /CNW/ -- TIMEX, a global leader in watchmaking for over 160 years, announces strategic partnership with Zeon Ltd to distribute and market Ingersoll® brand watches in the USA, Canada and Mexico. Under this new agreement, Zeon Ltd will continue to be responsible for the brand's creative direction and watch production.

Dating back to 1892, Ingersoll was initially manufactured by the Waterbury Clock Company, the corporation that is today known as TIMEX Group.  Ingersoll, 'The True Original' American watch brand, is known around the world for its affordable, high quality timepieces, which are crafted with a luxurious skeleton and open-heart movements and backed up with a lifetime warranty.

TIMEX Group, one of the world's largest watch companies, will use its vast sales and marketing network within the US, Canada and Mexico to continue the momentum generated by the Ingersoll brand since its re-launch at Baselworld in 2016.

The first wholesale presentation of the Ingersoll brand by TIMEX will be at the upcoming Liberty Fairs, New York Trade show, running from July 23^rd - 25^th, 2018.
