Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club Recently Hosted Ministers of Tourism for Meeting of the Central American Council of Tourism


DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, July 19, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club president Markus Wischenbart as well as his wife and LHVC vice president Anja Wischenbart hosted the Ministers of Tourism for the SICA region June 29 at their Crown Villas located at their Puerto Plata resort.

The Ministers of Tourism in attendance represented the states that comprise the Central American Integration System (SICA). The gathering was within the framework of the Meeting of the Central American Council of Tourism.

SICA has been the economic and political organization of Central American states since 1993. Its members include Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Belize, and the Dominican Republic. The organization strives for regional peace, political freedom, democracy, and economic development.

The Ministers of Tourism and their respective committees had the chance to enjoy the exclusive atmosphere of "The Cliff," one of LHVC's Crown Villas at the Caribbean vacation provider's Puerto Plata resort. Provincial and municipal authorities of Puerto Plata also participated in the event.
