TenantBase Announces Atlanta Market Leader

ATLANTA, July 18, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Following the recent news of a $10.7 million dollar investment, TenantBase has announced that David Danhof, a 20+ year veteran of the Atlanta commercial real estate market, will be leading all brokerage activities as the company expands their operations into Atlanta.  Danhof was formerly with industry leaders Lincoln Property Company, Equity Office Properties, and Hines.

"We set our sights on Atlanta early in our growth plans.  Finding a leader of the quality of David solidified our ability to take this step and build a strong foundation in the Atlanta market," says Brents Herron, TenantBase Southeast Regional Director.  "We will be adding to our brokerage team in Atlanta under David, as we look to combine the best local brokerage talent with great technology to make the commercial real estate leasing process more transparent and efficient."

TenantBase started service in Atlanta in the second quarter with five local brokers including Principal Broker David Danhof, Senior Advisors Todd Seaman, Miles Mendelson, Jonathon Wise and Associate Advisor Katherine Norvell to help businesses find and lease commercial space in the greater Atlanta area.  The combined team provides vast experience in different property types, businesses and professional networks and recognizes and embraces the wave of technology that is permeating the industry.

The company is actively recruiting senior, mid-level and entry-level brokers to join the Atlanta team.  TenantBase utilizes its online platform to create a better experience for tenants looking for space and in-house Advisors that provide local brokerage service.

"Having been in the Atlanta market for well over two decades, much of it representing landlords, I have seen the challenge from the perspective of both the tenant and the landlord on transactions for small to midsize businesses.  TenantBase has created a means to optimizing the leasing process, addressing the extreme demand in this market. The TenantBase approach utilizes technology to identify the tenant's budget, location and space criteria, and combine it with local broker knowledge, resulting in a streamlined vetting and decision making process," says Danhof. Danhof continues, "We've seen great success in our other markets from experienced brokers joining the team and utilizing our unique platform, and we expect to see the same success here in Atlanta."

The addition of Danhof and the Atlanta team follows TenantBase's completion of its funding round and expansion into the Dallas and Los Angeles markets in 2017. The company now has operations in five major markets and anticipates further expansion this year.
