UNION, N.J., July 18, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, the Institute for Life Science Entrepreneurship (ILSE) announced the publication of its report highlighting life science incubator space and innovation trends in the Garden State.  Entitled "Recent Advances in Laboratory and Innovation Space in New Jersey", the paper includes profiles of major biopharma incubators and innovation spaces in New Jersey and perspectives from leaders of successful industrial and academic incubators as well as the recognized biopharma industry organization, BioNJ, all who support prioritizing investment in infrastructure for biopharma start-ups.

The white paper summarizes existing and new developments and identifies recent physical build outs designed to promote life science innovation in the state.  Notably, it includes an inventory of key laboratory and work spaces listing R&D areas of focus, physical space specifications, unique or specific amenities, and opportunities for entrepreneurs to launch innovative new companies.

With clear support from Governor Phil Murphy, economic incentives through the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, and the many biopharma companies interested in the next wave of discoveries, the state is well-positioned to support increased incubator space for life science startups and entrepreneurs.

"We are delighted to publish this white paper and encouraged by the trends in New Jersey to increase innovation space" said Keith Bostian, Founder and CEO, ILSE.  "We look forward to building on what we have created at ILSE and continuing to work with key leaders in our ecosystem to help life science visionaries develop successful new companies and promote the innovation economy."
