In his previous role where he was spearheading Teradata's Healthcare and Life Science Practice, Rick interacted with some of the most prominent companies in the industry and observed that there is a keen interest in engaging connected devices. By generating the "Next Generation of Real World Data," connected devices have the potential to provide data that doesn't currently exist and create a new level of care by enabling doctors and patients to manage their health wherever they are located.
