AMN Healthcare Names Kelly Rakowski as President, Leadership and Search Solutions

SAN DIEGO, July 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. (NYSE: AMN), the leader and innovator in healthcare workforce solutions and staffing services, has named Kelly Rakowski as President, Leadership and Search Solutions.

At AMN Healthcare, Rakowski will be responsible for leading the company's interim leadership, physician permanent placement, recruitment process outsourcing and executive search solutions and will report directly to the CEO, Susan Salka. This is a new leadership role for AMN and will enable the evolution of a comprehensive strategy and growth of these consultative services during an era when healthcare organizations are dealing with significant workforce shortages and need strong partners and talent to execute on their most important business initiatives.

Rakowski joins the AMN team from Premier, Inc., where she was senior vice president of advisory and collaborative services. In this role, she led advisory services to healthcare organizations' operational transformation, population health, clinical quality and safety improvement. Previously, Rakowski also led healthcare consulting groups with several large firms, including EY/Capgemini, GE Healthcare, Accenture and Xerox. Rakowski has a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Rochester and a master's degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan.
