Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort Chef Anthony Rametta to Defend Gaming & Destinations Magazine Casino Chef Showdown, "Culinary King of the Casinos" Title


D'LBERVILLE, Miss., July 9, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort family is proud to announce that Scarlet's Steaks and Seafood Chef Anthony Rametta is competing again in the Gaming & Destinations Magazine's Casino Chef Showdown Recipe Competition which crowned him "2017 Culinary King of the Casinos!"

Chef Rametta's 2018 entry recipe is Pan-seared Striped Bass topped with Sautéed Colossal Crab Meat, Roasted Red Beet Mashed Carrot and Zucchini Ribbons, and Dragon Fruit Beurre Blanc. The first round of voting is July 9-13 at GamingandDestinations.com.
