(the "Company" or "Pacific Link") Ms. Mar Bergstrom has resigned her position as Acting President and CEO and has stepped down as Director effective immediately to pursue other interests. The Company thanks her for her service and wishes her well in future endeavors.
Dr. Ken Cai, currently a Director, will assume the position as Interim President effective immediately.
