TORONTO, June 21, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The MGX Minerals Inc. Share Purchase Warrants (the "Warrants") issued on December 8, 2017, December 20, 2017 and December 27, 2017 have been approved for listing.

Each Warrant shall entitle the holder, upon exercise prior expiry, to acquire one (1) common share for $1.15 until the Expiry Date.
