"The rapid and continued growth at LevelUp is a direct result of our hardworking and talented team," said Seth Priebatsch, founder and CEO, LevelUp. "We are honored to be recognized as a Best Place to Work by the Boston Business Journal, and will work to ensure our culture continues to lead the way in inclusivity, diversity and team engagement as we help our restaurant partners succeed."

The winners and their final rankings were determined by Quantum Workplace, which conducted an online survey of the employees for each company asking them to rate their respective work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, management, compensation and benefits.

LevelUp stresses a culture of transparency and teamwork at its office of more than 200 employees based in Boston. Seth holds quarterly all-company meetings to share goals, progress, success, and setbacks as a way to maintain radical transparency and a unified goal across the company. In addition to employee perks like flexible hours, free lunches and fun outlets like a ping-pong table in the office, LevelUp is heavily involved in volunteering with Boston-based charities including the Greater Boston Food Bank, Rosie's Place and Community Servings.

LevelUp's accomplishments have been recognized by a number of publications and industry organizations. The Company was named in the Top 10 Boston Globe Best Places to work in 2017, and has been named a finalist for MITX and BostInno awards in the past year.
