Avcorp to adjourn Annual Meeting of Shareholders to Friday, June 29, 2018

VANCOUVER, June 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ - Avcorp Industries Inc. (TSX: AVP) (the "Company", "Avcorp" or the "Avcorp Group") today announces that the Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 20, 2018 will be adjourned to June 29, 2018 to allow for the Company's audited annual financial statements to be presented to shareholders.

To implement the adjournment, the 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be opened on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at 2 o'clock p.m. Pacific time and immediately adjourned to Friday, June 29, 2018. There will be no voting or other matters conducted at the meeting.

The Annual Meeting will be reconvened on Friday, June 29, 2018 at 2 o'clock p.m. Pacific time, at 10025 River Way, Delta, British Columbia, Canada.  The record date remains unchanged.  Shareholders of record on April 4, 2018 will be entitled to vote at the June 29, 2018 meeting. Shareholders who have previously cast their votes do not need to vote again unless they want to change their vote and voting will be open up to 48 hours prior to the adjourned meeting.
