IVEMSA lends expertise and business services to Prent Corporation as industry leader expands to Tijuana

TIJUANA, Mexico, June 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- One of IVEMSA's newest clients, Prent Corporation, has begun construction on its first manufacturing facility in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. Prent is the world's largest designer and manufacturer of custom plastic, thermoform packaging for the medical, electronics and consumer industries. They have selected IVEMSA to guide them through the process of setting up an entity under Mexico's IMMEX program and to provide ongoing business administrative services once their Mexico operations are up and running.

IVEMSA worked with Prent as they selected a location for their new facility and will advise throughout the construction process along with managing the set-up of Prent's new Mexican entity. Once the facility is operational (expected in the fourth quarter of 2018), IVEMSA will provide a full suite of business services, including HR, accounting, environmental health and safety and trade compliance.
