Bay Shore area dealership sponsors local car show event

BAY SHORE, N.Y., June 18, 2018 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Car enthusiasts in the Bay Shore area looking for something to do this weekend should head to the Field of Wheels Car Exhibition and Show, happening on Saturday, June 16th from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

The Field of Wheels Car Exhibition and Show will open voting for the show categories starting at 11:00 a.m. and ending at 3 p.m. Entry to this event is free, and folks can download printable tickets and bring them along. The Field of Wheels event is located on the lawn at Newsday Headquarters, 235 Pinelawn Road, in Melville. The categories for the car show are as follows:  

• Best in Show 
• Best Paint 
• Best Engine 
• Best Interior 
• Best Original/Unrestored 
• Best Motorcycle 
• Best Radical Custom 
• Best Foreign 

Winners for each category are selected based on popular vote, and winners will be announced at approximately 3:30 p.m. 

Live entertainment and food and refreshment vendors will be on site for the duration of the event. No outdoor cooking or alcoholic beverages are allowed, and no pets are allowed at this event. The Field of Wheels event is handicap accessible and there are restrooms, so families of all sizes are encouraged to come and check out this event!
