Bausch + Lomb Launches Soothe® Xtra Protection Preservative Free Lubricant Eye Drops

Now Available at Major U.S. Retailers

LAVAL, Quebec, June 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Bausch + Lomb, a leading global eye health company and wholly owned subsidiary of Valeant Pharmaceuticals International (NYSE/TSX: VRX), today announced the introduction of Soothe® Xtra Protection (XP) Preservative Free lubricant eye drops, expanding its portfolio of eye health products to meet the growing demand of dry eye symptom relief without the use of preservatives. One of the most common eye conditions in the U.S., dry eye affects more than 140 million Americans,¹ many of whom report sensitivity to preservatives in eye drops.
