Media Advisory - Meet our Senior Climatologist David Phillips


TORONTO, June 11, 2018 /CNW/ - Media representatives are advised that Environment and Climate Change Canada's Senior Climatologist, David Phillips, will present "Weather and Climate: It Is Not What Our Grandparents Knew." Famous for his factual and entertaining storytelling, David Phillips has been studying weather in Canada for over 50 years. One of his goals is to raise awareness among Canadians about their evolving climate.

This presentation is part of Environment and Climate Change Canada's open-house event at the Andrew Thomson Research Laboratory and Downsview Building, being held for National Public Service Week. For more information, please visit our website.
