Media Advisory - Minister O'Regan, Canadian Veterans depart for Korea


VANCOUVER, May 24, 2018 /CNW/ - On May 25, the Honourable Seamus O'Regan, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence, will join 14 Canadian Veterans of the Korean War and a group of local cadets for a departure ceremony in advance of events in Korea commemorating the Korean War.

The Minister is accompanying 14 Canadian Veterans of the Korean War and their caregivers as they participate in the Revisit Korea Program, organized annually by the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs of the Republic of Korea for Veterans of the Korean War.
