TerraVest Industries Inc. Advises of Re-Filing of Annual Information Form


VEGREVILLE, AB, May 24, 2018 /CNW/ - TerraVest Industries Inc. ("TerraVest" or the "Company") (TSX: TVK) advises that it has refiled its Annual Information Form dated December 22, 2017, for the year ended September 30, 2017 (the "AIF"), due to deficiencies identified in the Company's Form 58-101F1 Corporate Governance Disclosure contained in the Management Information Circular filed January 23, 2018. The newly added disclosure can be found in Appendix "B" of the refiled AIF. In connection with the refiling of the AIF, the Company has filed a Form 52-109F1R.
