Bravo Employee App, Bravo Shopkeeper, Gets a Refreshed Name and Features

LAS VEGAS, May 22, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- As part of its continuing evolution, Bravo Pawn Systems is giving its employee app a new name, Bravo Shopkeeper. Formerly Bravo Mobile, the change ushers along with it a host of new features designed to increase employee productivity and their ability to provide first-rate customer service.

New features include the ability to interact with customers who have initiated a loan or sent an inquiry about an existing item through their equivalent MobilePawn app. Employees will receive push notifications when they have a new message and they will be able to respond to them in either real-time or when their schedule permits. Messages will mirror text messages or Facebook Messenger in the way they are organized and aggregated by conversation, date and time. For loans, employees will have the added ability to either accept, reject, or request more information from their customers with the click of a button.

Ryan Cable, Manager of Client Success, explains, "the new chat feature is extremely useful for the store. This allows the pawnbroker to directly communicate to the customer on the loan through the app on a specific item. There are no phone calls or introductions, the customer simply initiates a loan and then discusses it through Shopkeeper"

The idea is to make the pawn industry increasingly flexible and mobile enabled. By allowing employees to discuss the details of a loan or answer inventory questions via their smartphone, the app will help reduce interruptions to in-store transactions from phone calls and will enhance customer service both face-to-face and digitally.
