Insight Homes Awarded Best Green Homes in Delaware

BRIDGEVILLE, Dela., May 21, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Insight Homes was proud to accept fifteen awards at the 26th annual Regal Awards hosted by the Home Builders Association of Delaware (HBADE).

Insight Homes received Regal Awards for the following categories: Best Informational Brochure or Booklet, Best Interior Merchandising for the Science Center, Best Green Community Home Up to 2,000 sq ft for the Drake floor plan, Best Green Community Home 3,000 to 4,000 sq ft for the Cartwright floor plan, Best Affordable Community Home for the Vandelay floor plan, and Best Active Adult Community Home Up to 2,000 sq ft for the Vandelay floor plan. Nine members of the sales team took home awards for individual achievements.

The Regal Awards were presented Friday, May 18, 2018 at Bethany Beach Ocean Suites in Bethany Beach by the Home Builders Association of Delaware (HBADE).

HBADE Regal Awards have recognized building excellence in Delaware for 26 years. Regal Awards spotlight outstanding achievements in Delaware's Home Building industry. Every submission is reviewed by a panel of qualified industry experts and assigned a score based on specific criteria. In the case of the Best Green Home awards, more than just technical features are taken into consideration. Important elements like sales success, design thoughtfulness, and overall value are also factored into the scoring.
