Goodnight Midstream Announces Andrejka Bernatova as Chief Financial Officer

DALLAS, May 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Goodnight Midstream, LLC, ("Goodnight" or the "Company") a leading oilfield water midstream company, announces the addition of Andrejka Bernatova as its Chief Financial Officer.

Bernatova brings a proven track record of entrepreneurial leadership and broad range of corporate finance, capital markets and transactional expertise within the oil and gas industry.

Prior to Core, she was the VP of Finance and Investor Relations at PennTex Midstream Partners, LP, a publicly traded partnership. Ms. Bernatova also served in investment roles at the Blackstone Group and Mubadala Development Company as well as investment banking roles at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. She earned an A.B. in Government from Harvard University.
