Continental Resources Announces Shelly Lambertz to Continental Board of Directors


OKLAHOMA CITY, May 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Continental Resources, Inc. (NYSE: CLR) today announced the Continental Board of Directors elected Shelly Lambertz to the Board as a Class II Director, effective immediately following the conclusion of the 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.  Ms. Lambertz replaces James L. Gallogly, who submitted his resignation effective at the end of the 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, to be able to focus on his duties as the upcoming President of the University of Oklahoma.

Ms. Lambertz is the Chief Operating Officer of Hamm Capital. Her role includes overseeing investments and assisting in the management of private companies. She also serves as a director of The Harold Hamm Foundation.
