Shamrock Launches Initiative to Give Back to the Community and Support the Down Syndrome Guild of Greater Kansas City and Other Charities

Since it was founded more than 10 years ago, Shamrock has prioritized supporting its local community and providing for those in need. As part of their people-first philosophy, the company's founders and team members have attended and raised money for charity galas, golf tournaments, and other fundraisers each year. In keeping with its rapid growth, Shamrock is extending its charitable commitments with the creation of the Shamrock Cares program.

This initiative kicked off recently with Shamrock supporting the Down Syndrome Guild of Kansas City's annual benefit event. In addition to continuing its backing of such events and organizations, the company is also doing more than ever to empower employees' service to their own good causes of choice. Each team member will get time off every quarter to do volunteer work for non-profits in their local areas. This is part of Shamrock's ongoing personal and professional development program.
