Clear Creek Group Acquires Datasync Technologies to Create National Leader in Technology Solutions and Security IT Providers

KERENS, Texas and RESTON, Va., April 26, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Clear Creek Group announced today that it has entered into a binding agreement to acquire full ownership of Virginia-based DataSync Technologies. The transaction has been unanimously approved by the boards of Clear Creek and DataSync and the joint agreement was signed on April 24.
