San Antonio City Council Votes To Confirm CPS Energy Board Of Trustees Nominee For Southeast Quadrant


SAN ANTONIO, April 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The City of San Antonio's City Council today voted to confirm Dr. Willis Mackey to the CPS Energy Board of Trustees, representing the Southeast Quadrant. After an earlier, unanimous vote by the five-member Board, Dr. Mackey's name was submitted to the City Council by Mayor Ron Nirenberg.

Dr. Mackey will represent the Southeast Quadrant of CPS Energy's service area with his first official meeting on April 30, 2018. Dr. Mackey, who retired after a long career in public school administration, currently provides consulting services to school districts across the state. He has his Doctorate in Education from Texas A&M University.
