FLEXE announces integration with Shopify that provides merchants instant access to a flexible, nationwide eCommerce fulfillment

LAS VEGAS, March 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- FLEXE, the first and largest marketplace for on-demand warehousing and fulfillment services, today announced its integration with Shopify Inc., the leading cloud-based, multi-channel commerce platform, at the annual ShopTalk conference here.

FLEXE is the first and largest marketplace for on-demand warehousing and fulfillment services. Unlike traditional solutions, FLEXE makes warehousing available on-demand and uses software to streamline the entire process. FLEXE brings agility to the supply chain and helps retailers & brands easily resolve warehouse capacity constraints and dynamically expand their distribution and eCommerce fulfillment networks.

With the integration, available directly from FLEXE as a private app, Shopify merchants have programmatic access to the more than 850 warehouses in the FLEXE network. Merchants can build a dynamic, on-demand fulfillment network with enhanced order management and inventory visibility.

This integration makes it easy for Shopify merchants to add their first or 15th fulfillment center to test new markets, scale up during peak seasons and meet customer demands for fast, affordable delivery.

"Shopify has built its business by providing a suite of services that make it easy for online retailers to launch and scale their businesses," said Karl Siebrecht, co-founder and CEO of FLEXE. "Now, through their existing Shopify account, merchants can integrate, launch and scale their fulfillment operations, whether they need access to a single facility or a nationwide next-day delivery network."

The push to reach online shoppers faster has intensified in recent years, propelled by Amazon and its two-day delivery service to Amazon Prime customers. By integrating with Shopify, FLEXE has made it possible for eCommerce merchants to easily expand their fulfillment networks as they grow, without the resources typically required.

"This integration is just one of the many examples in our industry where technology providers are unlocking agility and scale for online merchants," Siebrecht said.
